Access and usage conditions of the GrindManager service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") are intended to define the terms of access and use of the grindmanager.com website (hereinafter "the Site"), published by GrindManager.
By accessing the Site or using the service, the user acknowledges having read these ToS and accepts them without reservation.

GrindManager is a SaaS bankroll management tool designed to help users track, organize and analyze their financial performance related to their gaming or investment activity.

GrindManager does not encourage, promote or incite in any way the practice of gambling or games of chance. The service has a management and analysis purpose, not recommendation or gaming advice.

To access the service features, the user must create a personal account on the grindmanager.com website.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up-to-date. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
GrindManager offers a free trial period accessible when creating an account.
The free trial is limited to one activation per user. Any attempt at abuse (multiple account creation) may result in suspension or deletion of the concerned account.
At the end of the trial period, the user must subscribe to a paid subscription to continue using the service.
Subscriptions are offered:
- • Monthly, cancellable at any time.
- • Annually, at preferential rate but non-cancellable before expiry.
Payment is managed via the secure Stripe platform.
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the user has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the subscription date.
In case of exercise of this right, GrindManager fully refunds the amounts paid, except if the user has used a feature integrating artificial intelligence algorithms at least 15 times during this period.
Requests must be addressed to:
GrindManager collects certain personal data necessary for service operation: account creation, subscription management, usage analysis, etc.
Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act.
It is retained during the subscription period and deleted within a reasonable time after its termination. No data is transmitted to unauthorized third parties.
The user can exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition) at any time at the address:
GrindManager does everything possible to guarantee service accessibility and reliability. However, the user acknowledges that the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or technical incidents.
GrindManager cannot be held responsible for:
- • service interruption independent of its will,
- • data loss,
- • inappropriate use of the service by the user.
Information and tools provided on the site are for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, tax or gaming advice in any way.
All elements of the site (texts, interfaces, logos, code, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of GrindManager.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.
The user can terminate their subscription at any time from their personal space (except annual subscription). In case of serious breach of these ToS, GrindManager reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without notice.
GrindManager reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any modification will be notified to users via the site or by email. The most recent version prevails over previous versions.
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dijon (France).
